Lammer's Homemade Bratwurst
Our family recipe for bratwurst dates back to the 1930's when our grandfather had in his employ a German butcher. We use only the freshest pork and seasonings to make the best "wurst". Today we make several varieties of bratwurst such as onion, beer, cheese, jalapeno, and sauerkraut.
